Some of these GP riders can get distracted because their tearoff didn't come off in the right direction, or they don't pull the tearoff before start, and blame that as a distraction. Headcases all of them. It takes a special kinda cray-cray to do what they do. It creates weirdness.
The smashed feet and still racing year(ok not a full year, but certainly a few races). That one race where he went home after a free practice smash, got his collarbone fixed up, and came back to race that weekend. That's some adversity alright.
You know, you could save yourself alot of typing if you just copy / pasted "I hate Lorenzo and Vinales" in every MotoGP thread...
All i know is his performance makes for great dear George episodes. https://www.bikeme.tv/index.php/tag/dear-george/
That's why I think the man has something else going on besides "can't gel with the bike". That isn't enough to make you do dumb mistakes and the behavior. He wasn't like that in 250's or his early GP career. He was easy going and dare I say a cool dude. As for the scarf thing I blame his ole lady.
I'm sure mountain climbing isn't included in the list of "other sports". Neither is bullfighting...or just plain taking on a raging animal that can kill you.
[emoji23][emoji1787] I liked Vinales on the 'Toe, but on the Yamaha he's trash. And well I Liked Lorenzo until he became uber whiny. At the end of the day I respect all the pilots that grid up and take their craft seriously. Sent from my smatrfone
I am not sure I would refer to someone who got Yamahas only win last year and was only 5 points behind his team mate even with 2 DNF's trash though... I do think everyone expected a bit more from him.
Oh no, they're on there. Because last time I checked, Marco Simoncelli may he RIP, didn't exactly exit the sport on his terms. On a separate note, if you think Marquez is better than Stoner then GTFO
Absolutely. As of now, it is very clear. Marquez: 11 years (and counting) in 125/Moto2/MotoGP 7 championships across all three classes 71 race wins 81 poles Stoner: 11+ years in 125/250/MotoGP 2 championships in one class 45 race wins 43 poles Stoner is definitely better!
Are we unfocused as club riders, but not if we choose a MotoGP bike? Would you feel more focused riding the GP bike or climbing Mt. Everest? What about cow-tipping? Anybody want to knock a bull on its ass then stand there and ask it what it's gonna do about it while it focuses on killing you? I don't think these examples should be on a list of other sports. Other sports are mere games in comparison. Just sayin'.
