F1 has announced a weekend attendance of 270,000 for the 2023 Miami GP
That means the attendance went up by 30,000 from 240,000 last year after seating capacity was increased

Max is a more consistent driver than Checco. Long term he is a better horse to put your money on. That's why he is the number one driver for the team.

 

Stipulated, but he could come up with a little more enthusiasm when Checo does well. It’s like oh well, if Max didn’t win I guess it’s OK that Checo did. Asshole.

 

Every race that Checo beats Max means a lesser total in points for the more consistent driver. F1 is a very expensive business. Results matter feelings don't. If Checo is that good he will end up as a #1 driver for another team. They can root for him to win.
