Damn. Beat me to it. As soon as the game ended I tried to get a few Lions haters to take me up on a 1000-1 bet the Lions would be playing the Bengals in next years Super Bowl. They weren’t drunk enough yet. But later got a friend to take a $2-$200 bet they made the Super Bowl. He proudly told his wife they just got a $2 donation to his new son’s college fund. Little does he know. Literally was taking candy from a baby

I was happy for Geno Smith. Nice story. Went from overhyped college player to quickly failed NFL starter, bunch of years as a backup always on the verge of dropping out of the league, and Cinderella story with the Seahawks. I'm glad he's going to make some bank before being out for good in a couple of years.

 

They placed the least restrictive franchise tag on him
