Had the same problem at MSRH last weekend. Luckily I was pitted next to a couple of people that had scanners and could here all of the radio traffic.
^ That's actually a good idea, I'll have to remember to bring my Uniden Bearcat scanner next WERA race. Anyone know WERA's two-way radio frequency at the track?
Um, what increase? As for the PA - it's tough, the speakers aren't cheap by any stretch. No clue why the FM wasn't working, the transmitter end of it all was looking fine and there's nothing wrong with the antenna. Just weird.
Yes I do, no I won't share Won't help you any more than just paying attention to what's happening on the track.
No surprise there, you've always been stingy. Paying attention isn't the problem. Lack of available information is. No worries, it'll only take my scanner a few seconds to lock on the frequency.
It's helpful to know what's being announced, any delays between calls, oil spills, track crossings, crashed bike pickups. Information that lets me know when to take warmers off mainly. Not sure if any of that chatter will be on the handhelds, but any info is better than none.
Not to stir the pot,but...Thats kinda what I was laughing to myself while reading this. Not about Mongo pooping, but how funny it would be,if you tried to plop your ass down at 3am half asleep, and someone moved the porcelan seat. Its only a problem when its YOUR ass on the line. Did the original complainer rule the weekend with his newly placed marker?
No markers were moved this weekend so not sure what people are talking about. Did have a couple cones get hit but the cw's put them back.
The original complainer? He's a Nancy-boy. I'm sure you could show him how to do it properly with misplaced brake markers.
The original "riders meeting complainer" Quote: somebody on a cbr1000 thinks they are too far apart. Not the original poster. Don't know anyone anymore.Just trolling
Its my day off,and Ive enjoyed a few Heimlekens I still wouldnt have noticed the date.Thats just how I operate
