Looks like you need to build an out-building (barn / shop) to store your stuff inside this spring, to me. Perhaps Rob could hook you up with a deal on a fork lift after you build it?
It was nice! But damned if a guy couldn't get lost pretty easily or drop down into places you couldn't get out of! Less than 20 miles from the house! I found an Intermodal train car, but couldn't figure how to get down to it, and damned if I knew how it got there! I gotta figure out an app, or Garmin to track my rides so I can explore more, without getting lost forever! Bike did well for its first real ride. Gotta put some new shoes on it this week

-10 a week ago. 40 when I woke up this morning. 52 now. All the snow is gone (all 2.5” of our seasonal snowfall )
That's all you've gotten ? We've had probably 2 ft. total, it's settled some but finally a good snowmobiling year. Have got about 600 miles so far, hoping we don't get too much of a thaw.
I have not needed to plow all winter long. The last “storm” dropped 1.5”. That was the big storm. I used the fucking leaf blower to clear the walkway.
I've used my backpack blower in Iowa more for snow and ice (when it's melting, to lift it up) than I have for leaves. Oh, I also use it to clean the dirt at the base of a stump before I cut it at below grade. It also works well to move gravel displaced by plowing.
