That's bullsh*t, any one else would have got some time in jail. Should have got 75 days in jail and some hard labor.
The $10,000 in attorney fees to get the charge knocked down to a misdemeanor are not mentioned in the news
No "anyone else" wouldn't have gotten in the same trouble for the same dumb stunt. Odds are good they'll find something they can use his fame for rather than picking up trash.
Maybe a PSA commercial advising the youth of this country not to go around impersonating police officers lol
He SHOULD be doing that AnyWay......"Because he is a Good Guy"....not because a judge said he should. Common Joe Smith would have gottn jail time.
Thats alot of yella ferrari payment. Im almost positive you can buy down your community service in FL. A regular joe guy friend that got a dui paid his park supervisor something like $10/hr for the 150 he had to serve.
Not with jail crowding down there I don't think they would have. Stupid prank with no priors gets a smackdown not jail.
Highly doubt that would have got someone in jail here either. With a clean record, not likely. With a record no so lucky. Stewart's punishment is about what I would expect for that here.
He probably knows who Soupy Sales and Shari Lewis are also. And how to use tin foil to improve reception.
