NO...he knows better that to do something like that. A mistake is rolling a stop sign when you are the "only one around" (other than the cop behind the bushes) or getting a speeding ticket for 5 over. Acting like a cop, or in better words, figuring out a detailed game plan to pull of a stunt like this is not a mistake.

if he goes to jail/prison....he will wish the book was the only thing getting thrown at his asshole

 

plus the arresting officers actually finding the red and blue lights n thecar once he was pulled over at the airport

 

He's gonna be the subject of one of those crazy ass shows my wife watches where they catch mass murderers 20 yrs later. He was pulling people over and killing them, cutting them up and eating them. :wow:
This was the chance to nail him and they let him go. 15 more missing bodies over the next decade... That's my prediction.
