I just started on it this weekend. About 5 eps in. And the guy playing Ed Kemper is doing a REALLY good job of being that creepy guy.
JEEEEEEZUS!!!! Just watched the first two eps of Black Mirror based on this thread. Got DAMN y'all some morbid mothafuckas.
F is for Family. Bill Burr lends his voice to a cartoon family dad in the 1970s....absolutely hilarious showing the normal "happy" american family...he is absolutely the perfect voice cast for that character....
Oh hell yeah! Very interesting interview with Jonathan Groff (Holden Ford) from Mindhunter: https://www.theringer.com/2017/10/23/16528254/mindhunter-jonathan-groff-the-watch-podcast Also pretty funny on Netflix is "Big Mouth". Especially funny if you are familiar with the comedians voicing the characters and their history (one of them was behind one of the most popular movies from this year).
Not real familiar with Kroll but the show is funny for sure. Especially if you remember anything about puberty
Just watched that one. Thanks for the recc. The AF sure f**ked those guys over. I grew up fairly close to the Pantex facility ""just outside of Amarillo Texas"" as mentioned in the documentary. Pretty much an open secret what went on there. We pretty much knew that if WW3 busted out, we wouldn't live long, and it wouldn't have time to hurt.
Just started watching Scream, the series. It's much like the movies. But there are two points: It's a Weinstein production and I had to explain all this to my wife. Bless her pop cultural ignorance! Also explained to her that Harvey confessed with the plot of Scream 3, but noone noticed. The actress who plays Audrey looks just like Pedrosa!
If you haven't started watching yet, The Punisher has been a really amazing surprise. Great show that doesn't just rely on action tropes and superhero BS. It is also really well-acted with a supporting cast that really helps fill in the gaps. I'm about 8 eps in and things are picking up, but the first handful of eps were well-worth the watch. Very excited to see where this series goes....
Just finished the old Ken Burns special "The War". Just amazing what our fathers and grandfathers did, very humbling.
