    M. Marquez pulling a lap record out of his butt to clear the field by 0.3sec... Wow. All the Ducati box just stands with crossed arms and head nods of self-congratulations.

Hopefully the race for second entertains this weekend.

Top 14 all within a second, Quarter pounder showing consistency. Might be an exciting weekend.

What did I miss? Timing is showing 93 up by 0.18?

MM is good at throwing a qualifying tire on and moving up the time sheets. Let's see if he stays rubber side down because i think quarter pounder is gonna give him a shove or two during the race.

Fabio doesn’t want any part of the Goat on a war path. I hope Yam continue to improve but it won’t be this weekend. Fermin is looking good this weekend and Acosta/Mav might throw caution to the wind.

Ramirez is back in the pack as well, so the whole team looks a bit lost at this track. Still early days and plenty of time to move up. When recovering from injury, getting a little better each round should be the goal.

Did you watch FP1 and Practice? Or did you just read it in RRW?

Nah, I had actually forgotten that Miguel is on a Yamaha. In my defense, I haven't seen him much this year.

"War Path" Marquez is the best Marquez for the rest of the field. He DNF's or hurts himself. The times he is untouchable are when he's chill. That said, Yamaha doesn't need to win every weekend to find improvement. Podiums are huge at this juncture.

Fantastic qualifying. Hats off to Fabio. Amazing how many went sub 129.9 the old lap record. Fermin was almost on the front row!!!

Quattro on the pole and Rins is 14th, 6 spots behind Jack Miller on a satellite Yamaha. Dude looks like he's just mailing it in and collecting a check.
And Mav is making ALL the KTM riders look mundane.

I don't know if it was just tire degradation, but Fabio fading was hard to watch. Hopefully he can fight more tomorrow.
