To add a little more detail... " Dr. Charte continued to explain that "his oxygen levels are good, but he has quite a significant lung contusion, the extent of which we will need to confirm with CT scans and MRIs at Faro hospital." "He has suffered severe spinal trauma and a contusion to his lungs which we will have to monitor closely. Although I think he will recover well, we need to conduct the appropriate tests to determine the extent of his injuries "He is conscious, alert, and responding well. He is slightly sedated due to the painkillers we have administered. He can move his feet, legs, and arms perfectly well, so there is no reason to fear any permanent spinal injury." UPDATE: Espargaro's injuries have been confirmed, with #44 suffering a pulmonary contusion, jaw fracture and a fractured dorsal vertebra. We will bring you more news as we have it. "
Haven't been paying that close attention, but is that some kind of NASCAR shit? Because please tell me they aren't doing some kind of NASCAR shit.

I am guessing P. Espargaro will miss a few races. Who does GasGas put on the bike? The only logical choice for me would be Stefano Mesa. Speaks the language, goes fast on everything, is used to leaning on the fly and has a great attitude. No brainer.
I was thinking about this as well but I was wondering if Dani can fill in on the Gas Gas or just wildcard the KTM.
Casey Moaner is saying the Ducati isnt a good bike and they only won last year because of Pecco's riding. Riiiiiiigggggghhhhhhtttttt.
Well...Marc out qualifies Alex, but Marc is a freak. Will be interesting to see if anyone can ride the Honda competitively for a race distance.
