    Yes, small grids sometimes happen due to factors outside of your control. It's unfortunate. While I absolutely prefer a large grid, my opinion is there is zero benefit to anyone by you NOT racing. I won't sit around and gripe about it, I'll get on the grid and try to encourage others to do likewise.

    It's up to us collecitvely to pass on racing to the next crop of riders, and you gotta' recruit. Tell yo' kids, tell yo' wife, they racing everbody up in here.

    If you heard the latest MotoAmerica podcast with PJ Jacobson, he's got some incredible insight into passing along his knowledge to teammates and younger riders. He seems to put a tremendous amount of personal responsibilty on his shoulders and it's refreshing to hear. Respek.
