I knew signing him years ago was going to be a mistake. I just didn't know how big. Yes Lyn Jarvis, I'm looking at you again.
FWIW, Didn't look too hateful. vids in there.. https://www.motogp.com/en/news/2021...hy-yamaha-suspended-vinales-in-austria/385401
I mean he purposely pulled the clutch in and revved it to the moon. All he needed was a local Starbucks and all was good
Isn’t the whole purpose of a rev limiter , to prevent you from blowing up a motor ? Not to sure about all the “ Righteous Indignation “ that is what he was intending to do . It sure seems there is more than meets the eye in this case . Wonder how people would react if it was someone other him , who many have already labeled him a head case because of his inconsistent racing results. What if it was MM /93 or FQ / 20 ... would the reaction be the same ?
First MotoGP bike with integrated turn signals. Bonus points...ride while wearing helmet resting on crown of skull so face is exposed.
At least he didn't pull someone else's brake lever. People are reacting to this like it was fenati again and he got another chance. He was pissed and frustrated and obviously made a poor decision but to say he never deserves to race again is a little harsh and I've never really been a fan.
I wouldn't ban him from MotoGP, but, on the other hand, if I had a team I would never hire him. His talent does not begin to cover the cost of his drama.
I love Mav, he isnt a cardboard cutout media "product" MotoGP its too sanitised, we need to move on from the handbag fights and let shit get real
