Lane splitting coming to GA?

The thing about lane splitting in CA is that in an accident the presumption of guilt will be on the rider almost every time.

Good luck getting lane splitting/sharing in GA. Some of us tried in IL a few years back and were presented with a bargain: Lane sharing in return for a helmet law. ABATE killed it fast at that point.

 

We already have a helmet law. Bring on the lane sharing!

I lane split every day. If traffic slow down to a point where I have to put a foot down I am spliting the cars. The only places I don't split are at toll booths and stop lights for those I wait like everyone else; but highways or when riding in NYC I'll split the traffic
