Good luck getting lane splitting/sharing in GA. Some of us tried in IL a few years back and were presented with a bargain: Lane sharing in return for a helmet law. ABATE killed it fast at that point.

I lane split every day. If traffic slow down to a point where I have to put a foot down I am spliting the cars. The only places I don't split are at toll booths and stop lights for those I wait like everyone else; but highways or when riding in NYC I'll split the traffic
