http://www.statesman.com/weblogs/fo...t-over-motogp-circuit-americas-set-jury-feb-/ Glad to see Kevin will get his day in court.
If Kevin's company had a contract with Dorna to promote MotoGP in the states, they too should be in hot water??? yes???
Even if Dorna isn't mentioned as part of the law suit, if Kevin can have Dorna testify on his behalf, they could help him. It seems like their input should be addressed also.
Didn't Dorna offer a payoff to Kevin? Something like $400K ~ $450K a year for x years? Ambassador for the series or some shit? I thought I read that but I've been reading and laughing about Kleargear and some other insane cases lately.
There must be bigger fish in that pond for Kevin to throw back $4,500,000 over 10 years. And you know what they say about 'one fish on the rod vs. 2 in the pond'.
Holy crap. I just googled that shit and read about the lawsuit. That is retarded, even by lawyer standards.
What if you had 5 million with zero bills and steady income? Totally pulled that number out of my ass, btw.
Depends. Yes and no. You might be able to read or get a copy of the complaint but that depends on a bunch of factor. Where is it filed, the court and a bunch of other shit.
