If Kevin's company had a contract with Dorna to promote MotoGP in the states, they too should be in hot water??? yes???

Even if Dorna isn't mentioned as part of the law suit, if Kevin can have Dorna testify on his behalf, they could help him. It seems like their input should be addressed also.

I thought I read that but I've been reading and laughing about Kleargear and some other insane cases lately.

I doubt Kevin actually needs the money. Perhaps it really is simply about right vs wrong.

 

Even if I didnt need 4.5 million I wouldnt pass it up on a potentially risky lawsuit.

Depends. Yes and no. You might be able to read or get a copy of the complaint but that depends on a bunch of factor. Where is it filed, the court and a bunch of other shit.
