Indy GP - Who's going?

Well it's 2.5 weeks away and I haven't seen much discussion about it yet (other than the WERA gathering thread).

Just bought tickets and am disappointed to learn that Fri/Sat tickets are not included with reserved race day tickets. The Fri/Sat tickets are an extra $25 which sucks but I'll get over it.

Haven't been since the first year in 2008 so I'm looking forward to the sights and sounds again.

 

Doing it different this year.... Heading up Thurs PM to LOT 2.. Watching practice Fri then heading to Putnam Sat AM for a track weekend... Coming back Sat pm for the Indy Mile... More Partying in LOT 2 then back to Putnam SUN AM...

 

I'll be there with the bro and kiddo, Lot 2 with the Camper!

i haven't made up my mind on it, did a lot of traveling so far this year, then jersey is right after it

I will be going this year. I also haven't been since 08. I will be either in the bridgestone or parts unlimited hospitalities. We are heading to the flat track too.

 

How far is the flat track?

 

I need to look into the FT too. I wish I was there last year when KR rode his old 750.

 

I'll be there along with 4 other beeb members that hide on here. We should also make it out to the meet. We are all staying over at the Crowne Plaza so we can stumble back friday night.

Has anyone ever stayed at that hotel? The pictures look pretty cool. It has some train theme going on.

 

I'll be there with some other Wera folks and hangers on.
