With all the affirmative action programs, minority scholarships, grants, loans, housing, etc the only reason An African American isnt "great" is because he or she chose not to be. Those who take advantage of these programs or are simply successful on their own are great. But they are not the majority.
Im sure there are people who can argue differently but I dont believe there is any reason for them to have double the unemployement rate other than they dont want to "drink the water". There is an abundance of opportunity.

So, in 40 years when the majority of the willing workforce is "extinct" what will happen?
