Assuming that another organization could pick up the pieces and turn a profit is not a good assessment. They are not ran in the same manner that CMRA is. Sure it represents an opportunity but it's a pretty sizeable gamble.

 

Not sure you've checked, but;

A) many people on this thread are "new" or appear to be.

B) I'm not taking anyone's place...I simply pointed out that the feedback John Ulrich got may not be the most reliable based on the subject and circumstance.

C) Don't waste your time? A bbs IS a waste of time. I've been watching this board and this thread for a while. What drew me out was Ulrich's post which to me, seems ill placed and poorly presented under current circumstance.

 

That would be a big assumption that the CMRA would be in any pieces at all. I think it remains in civil court with no resolution in sight. I can't see how that club gets dismantled on civil litigation.

I didn't speak for or against anything, only making an observation of a post from a guy who's opinion probably carried some weight. I thought the post was flawed. I'm sorry it doesn't match your narrative as incoherent as it seems to be.

 

While I see your point in regards to the statements made by the other racing orgs, if they wanted to bring ultimate light to the situation they could have given statements under annonimity. I'm fairly confident in stating that JU has had multiple discussions with organizers, racers, pit crew, managers from every series ranging from WERA/CCS to Moto GP who give information in this way so said information can be publisized. If Mr. Inge has acted like an asshat at WERA events, I'm sure Mongo would have no issues calling him out on it, and I feel confident enough to state Evelyn (Mrs. Mongo ) would have no issues either. There are also plenty of people on this board who call the grass green and the sky blue who would also have no issue calling someone out for acting like a douche whistle.

 

The notion that the CMRA would cease to exist if the defendants lose is not accurate. They dont own the club, nor its resources, nor its assets.

Also, Steven, you seem to be attacking a person who actually has not advocated for anything. Lay off the Viagra bro. Your hard on needs a rest.

So tell us why did the BOD lead Cmra down this path?
How did the standing President of the club end up being on the board so many times when the bylaws clearly state that he is not eligible to hold the position in the time frame he has been doing so?
And why Is it that no one can see the real books of Cmra when the by laws clearly states that a member in good standing has the right too?
Explain why the BOD would not open itself up and follow the rules of the by laws in 1st place?
Now find flaws in those questions and tell everyone here how you would go about answering these questions.
Cause this whole thread is about these questions. And a few others like harassing a member in good standing and calling his job to get him fired.
But stick to the easy ones 1st.
But tell us if any of the things the BOD has done is in best interest of the club and it's members
So do tell how you would solve these.
