So I read the complaint.

I agree with Dave. There's some delicious stuff in there. Apparently before you tell someone to kick rocks, make sure they don't have a bar card.

 

From reading the files, it looks like the case is closed. Slow server in Dallass kept timing out before I could download the motions and declarations.

By the way, I read the complaint ages ago but threw it out a couple of weeks ago.

 

Wow, if any of this is even close to being factual there is some real issues going on. Interesting indeed. I have my own opinions based on dorct experiences with regard to some of the peeps mentioned in the suite so I am more than interested.

Because the CMRA is a club. The bank account and assets belong to the members, not the leadership. If those assets are being misused then the victim is the club members, whether those members actually agree with that or not. Its goofy but that is how it works.
