JGP laptimes

Planning on a February trip to JGP for a few days. What are the laptimes in the session groups? Never been to a U.S track day, here in Ontario we have Green(fast), Yellow(faster), Red(fastest). Red group is for racers and known super fast guys. Curious how it runs at Jennings, thanks

 

These are the norm majority of time, but sometimes depends on size of groups, and just who's there (AMA guys sometimes).

Expert - 1:27 & lower
Intermediate - 1:28 to 1:38
Novice - 1:39 & up

You Canadians are good peeps! Met many of you over the years. Been a bunch of you all there since December already.

 

1:13 is just insane.

If you are doing a JenningsGP ran event, they break the groups down by lap times and IIRC, they go like this....

> 1:32 = Novice
1:28- 1:32 = Intermediate
< 1:28 = Advanced.

That is unless it has changed, been a while since i was there.

Beat me to it, then it obviously has changed.

The times i posted were given to me by "Sarge". I know because i went there early in '08 and it was one of my first track days so i signed up in Novice. But the 2nd session i ran a 1:28 and she put me in Intermediate and said that if i picked up another second, i would have to go into Advanced.

But she hasnt been there in a while so it has probably changed.
