2025 Ducati Panigale V4S unveiled... meh

My guess is that it was only World Series riders invited (and test riders) and not domestic series champs/racers - except Irwin who was a fill in rider for an invitee who couldn't attend.

 

What are you curmudgeons on about? The best-looking motorcycle is the one in the winner's circle.

I love the single-sided swingarm, but I own two of them, and they're a headache. I can't believe Ducati held on to that as long as they did.

About 1 minute into the live video (just watched the replay) they said Irwin was filling in for Sam Lowes with a broken collarbone from the Czech Republic WSB race.

For these of wheel changes, the chain adjustment, ride height, etc.. was kinda a pain

For the nakeds and sporty street bikes, and really any time you're willing to sacrifice functionality and performance for sex appeal, I'm all for it. Just doesn't seem to make sense for a homologated superbike.
