Once you have the carbs set there is no need to mess with them. Plus go chase jetting on pods. On the dyno. You'll be there all day.

Well come on down and race Stale!! You not the kiddo lol

I'll bet the new Honda will wake this one back up. Might re-think that 2013 thing!!!

We're starting a 250cc class here in MO for 2013. I'm thinking by 2015 we'll be bringing on a 500cc twin class of our own.

That photo was back in the heyday of the class. (Note wall still has NHIS logo.)
Three classes of riders, too. (White plate black # = Expert, yellow plate black # = Amateur, white plate red # = Novice.) The Novices ran in a separate race.
Grids are much smaller and Novice class isn't run at all.

    178SV now retired...

What does any of this have to do with the next Mercedes E class?

I hope so, I like to see other people spend money. I sent Dustin a message last night about it. SS ESS bike makes 32hp, spend ton of money and you get 34hp. Then a rider like Parrish comes along as passes you on a clapped out 1st gen (no offense) :D

Gonna miss the puff of blue when he goes by. :D

That thing ran strong, though. It would pull my new bike by just a bit.

Any diagnosis on what went internally, Kurt?

    left main bearing??:D

Sorry that happened Kurt, feel really bad for Parrish he may have won the damn thing if she had gone another 5 minutes.

If modded motors are allowed the class is Dead to me, it ruins the whole point.
This class was started as cheap(ish) fun and a good way to get people started in racing.

There are plenty of 250's out there to keep us going for a long time.

Leave the class alone! No changes! The class has really grown last season, and is continuing to grow the way it is, so why eff with it?

As far as the 300, it can run in D until every other manufacturer comes out with a 300 also. Why screw everyone that races in ESS just because Kawi wants to one up the other manufacturers?
