Having been that guy on side the track with a blown motor I have to say I would have been pissed. And if it was my 400 I would have blown after the 4th time, I would have Abosolutely climbed that fence, after kicking the bike and throwing it on the ground. But then grabbed my camera and gotten photographic evidence of me kicking his ass.

Now if it was any other bike I would have heckled back lol
