Preliminary autopsy came back today as Homicide . So it looks a lot different for him now . The reason they list a person as a person of interest is because they don’t want to afford him certain legal rights that he would be entitled to if they name a person a suspect. That’s the reason . It gives them time to build a case against him that will hold up in court . It appears they are close to being able to file charges. Could not do it until they are sure she didn’t die from let’s say exposure or something else . I’m guessing he doesn’t have the balls to off himself . So when they find him now ... he’s done for ..
