Was anyone else long on Bitcoin Cash before today?

We were talking about that at work today... if we woulda been buying around thanksgiving to before this last drop. Cryptos might keep chugging along, but realistically, if i turned $5-10k into $40-60k, i woulda cashed in well before the tip top. 400-500% in a month is already so absurd... no way i woulda stayed in.

 

I won't regret not buying in
but I should have put the very little effort it would have taken to build a mining rig.

 

I agree. A few of my friends have them and they just pay steady dividends each month... but at this point, break even is like over a year on almost anything. Not worth it to me any more.

 

What are you guys using to track your holdings and progress? Good apps out there?

How do you get shit off Binance to a thumb drive?

 

I have Ethereum and Ripple. I use Coinbase to track Ethereum and a wallet (https://toastwallet.com/) to track my Ripple.

 

I use coin stats app on Iphone. for quick market and it also allows you to enter your holdings to manage performance.

What will the world come to when all the CPU/GPU cycles and bandwidth are used for things other than cat videos, porn and BBS posts?

 

Kids at my job are like now is the time to buy. They are super in on it. The old man me, continues to laugh at them, because they think they rich.

 

I just want to know if I can convert my bitcoins to tulip bulbs. The market place will find an equilibrium for the value of this at some point but the roller coaster is fun to watch from the outside.

 

The easy money with cryptocurrencies is over. Now people will have to trade them like any other volatile market. Let's see how long people stick around now that they can't just buy-in and get rich.
