Urging folks to vote in your opponents primary doesn’t seem like election rigging to you?
Not to me, sounds like someone finally being honest or joking. Haven't seen the speech so could be either. Either way I'm finding it extremely hard to care. I will say it doesn't remotely strike me as election rigging.

SC has an open primary. Anyone can vote for either party. That is not rigging.
I’ve said it many times. My wife complains here in Florida because she’s registered as an independent, she can’t vote in any primary. It’s just different state laws. Trump says something well within the law anddddddd OMB.
