Blues had a delayed penalty and still overwhelmed the Bruins.

On to St. Louis.

 

I have to say that I love the enthusiasm of the Boston fans out on the street before the game. That's a party I want to attend! And the pre-game on the Coyle kid gave me some great respect for him. Made me root for the Bruins a bit more. Funny thing is that my son is living with a Boston girl and he can't stand anything that has to do with Boston sports. Of course she walks around with her Pats hat on just to piss him off

 

We will outdo Boston in the pre-party catagory, I'm sure, when the Blues head back home. Can't wait until our Blues are back home!!

Yeah, I've spent a lot of time in St. Louis and been to Boston twice. From the short time I've been in Boston, I'd say their party's would blow the roof off a St. Lou one.
Hell, Louisville can throw a bigger party than St. Louis

 

You under estimate the hockey fans here in Th' 'lou. I know when the Blues have won the last few playoff games, and last nights win. Because even in a pouring down thunderstorm SOMEONE starts shooting off big damn fireworks in my neighborhood, lol

I'm not a local and even I am pulling for Da Blues.

Little history I picked up:
Last night was their 1st Stanley Cup game win. Great step forward.

 

I'm just giving y'all a little grief. When I coached travel hockey we hit St. Louis at least 6 times a year for long weekends. I've spent many an hour in St. Louis ice rinks. We even had an early morning practice and one of the guys said, hey look...Keith Tkachuk is sitting in the stands. He was there watching Brady practice. Kid was only about 10 years old but you could already tell he was going to be something special.

 

Bump this... No lube for tonight's loving.

 

Yeah...the Bruins just flat out mistreated the Blues.

This is some crazy hockey. If people want to know why guys like us are hockey fans, all they have to do is watch this third period.

Blues defense just unreal in this period.

 

The Bruins couldn't match the intensity tonight. Fuck, this was annoying to watch.

Binnington is shaky- I hope they can challenge him again in game 5.

 

Interestingly game 5 lines haven’t been hung. These have been going up within minutes of the final horn. Must be waiting to get an update on Chara.

 

He’ll be out with an “upper body injury”

 

Only thing I'm not liking is the 2 nights off crap! Play every other night this way they get to know each other a little better !
