I saw some $79 tickets. I did back off of the $749 seats tho. $4500 is a bit for a concert.

 

For that kind of money, Kanye should be the opening act.

 

He's too cerebral for the Swift audience.

my girls buy all the show tix nowadays. Last one was GWAR.

 

My kid went and saw Reo speed wagon, Styx and loverboy. Loved it. Wanted alkaline trio tickets but I moved too slow for those.

 

Surprisingly, in the past week or two while driving into work, I heard she had all 10 of billboards top 10 with her new album, and that had never happened before. Also had 13 of the top 15.

I’m not sure I could pick out any of her songs, but that is damn impressive!!!

 

Just to clarify, there are many concerts that I would happily take my 13yo daughter to. Taylor Swift is not among them. Not exactly the girl I want her to idolize.

I don't know about her feet. Foo's interest in her is purely artistic. If she has nice feet, I guess that's a bonus.

Listening to Sport Talk radio this morning and this topic actually came up, so I guess Taylor Swift is still a big deal. There was talk of $70-$100 face value tickets ending up at $500 after fees and that was just Ticket Master gouging, not scalpers.

Personally, There is only one singer I'd pay that much and also lose my man card for and that's Adele.

While I agree with you, we don't know that she wouldn't if she had any.

 

That says something about the quality of today's music.

We've had "autotune" for breast and ass for quite some time. They'd be just as real as her ability to sing.
