Sounds like a bad chassis ground.

Zoran has been telling me the exact opposite once he found out I bought one :D

I have an image of you with a Bud Light in one hand and a lighter in the other trying to torch the bike while screaming 'start damn you!'

At least someone has some good advice in this thread :p

Dave what is your current addy? The husaberg is starting to burn a little oil, I think I will trade it back in.

The bottom line problem here is somebody turned Dave loose unsupervised with a wrench in his hand, just make sure he doesn't have any more than 2 quarts of oil around. :Poke:

have a search on the aprilia forum dude.

my rsv1000r has gone thru a couple of start relays, an common upgrade for them is using a yamaha relay

I loved that bike, hopefully whoever stole it finds a special place in hell.

You overfill your oil just once and and no one will ever let you forget!

Fed Ex that lump to Zoran. Might as well go though it and check the internals and clean out the chunks

    TWF2 2 heads are better than 1

Luigi, same guy that was sealing cases, was installing flywheel bolts.
Mario did transmission and his cousin casted rods.
Other than that it is ok bike if you replace all engine parts every 40 hours :)
