There's only, what, about four of the original members left? I think that was the first band I saw live.
I have no idea. We were joking over their rider. No uniformed security aka police. Gonna smoke the place out?
That documentary really is. Some of the back stories..... Was a shame that a few of the original guys wouldn't take part. Those must have been some amazing breakup stories.
Have a buddy that plays in a larger punk band that play large festivals in Europe and play to large audiences in the US. Don’t talk with him all that often but a few years before Covid he said that their rider called out “no uniform security” up until they did the their European tour. He said that disappeared the first date. Their rider says now says nothing about security, the secondary forms do. And this is a band that bitched about the LAPD.
Yeah, ask him if you should ever get married. I guess you served enough time in Hell. Enjoy the week.
"Is it true that slap is gonna hurt til August?" If you don't get the joke, Google: August Alsina & Jada Smith
If you’re thinking of lame ballad Chicago then we’re not talking about the same Chicago. I mean it is, but it ain’t.
I’m sure they were talented but I can’t take horns, I can’t think of one song of theirs I’ve ever liked. Also, as much as I hate that fuckin baby shark, it makes me giggle every time my 2 year old watches it. I make her watch Led Zeppelin videos on YouTube to balance it out, but that stupid song never stops playing in my head. Just watched some old live Chicago and I’d still take baby shark
