That was Taylor Knapp on my bike I was a few spots back. Barber is my favorite track but I ain't at their level for due! Ended the day with a 1st,2nd and 3rd. Literally there is no more room to pit. If you wanted to race you'd be SOL:/ Taylor is HAULING ASS on my bike, as is Miles. The biggest problem is traffic. We've got like 40 dudes in some of out races!
And yes I've also done all those other things. Later today I'll be wrestling grizzlies while negotiating a factory motogp ride then I'll be writing a romance novel to be posted in Roadracingworld
Well,at any rate,I saw you out in the sv cup as well, aka f3,you can corner low fo sho dude!,good rides!
Naw I have on the same tires I used here last year and at least half of the same tank of fuel Poor SV gets no love
I dont think he'd love it how you want. I picture little half bike baby people walking around spouting off exhaust notes from their noses...
Since we all know you want to run 132 classes every race day, why don't you just buy a SV. Even properly setup race winning ones, are cheap. Plus if you borrow Robby-Bobby's, he will put on BMW headlight stickers.
I have thought about it. Like, seriously thought about it. Now that I have the Grom for the mini races, the lack of a good LW bike is really the only thing keeping me from doing A LOT of races. If I have an SV, I'd barely have to leave the track all day. But I don't know anything about them. From what I gather, there are 2 generations. I don't know which is which, or what the differences are, or which one is better and why, or what mods are common on SV's or any of that. I have never ridden anything smaller than a 600 (except Grom ).
I know where you can get a potentially really good one. Doyle got an unfinished one from a BBSer. If you have a race shop you can trust locally, it probably wouldn't take too much work to turn it into a great bike. Do it. You know you want it. Do it.
Now I can see that actor dude saying that in my head. While we are at the GNF I'll ask Livengood about his experience building SV's and see if he wants to build me one for next year.
