I had the 2.5hp Blata a long time ago and it was a real skin scraper! Would do about 26mph. Had helluva lots of fun on those things. They had some made by GRC that were 14 or so hp was about the most I saw at the tim. Wish I had bought one

 

So europe gets that on tv and we can't even get all the motoamerica races televised.. this country is screwed

 

I have had a few of them. Back in the 2000’s they were all over!

they had full liquid cooled, different tire combos, all the trick shit.

I still have one on a shelf.

We had a standard Blata at the shop back in prob 01' and the rep came by with one of those liquid cooled monsters. My god that thing was terrifying to ride. I loved it.

 

my buddy Reggie bought one. Fucker came in the pipe in front of the shop and I swear he did like 3 backflips before he stopped.

The best part of pocket bikes was the guys who bought the cheap shit ones that were slow and sucked then upgraded to a real one and wadded themselves up real fast.

I remember wearing our boots so fast we just ended up buying wal mart yellow boots.

 

yeah the china ones were hideous... a neighbor kid had one and wadded it up in my yard. His father told me to keep it...lol. Would rattle your teeth out
