Oooohhhhh - good call. I like Tarantino, even like Pitt for the most part. His Basterds character was meant to be overblown.
Damn, I didn't realize this crew reads War and Peace every morning and watches Citizen Kane every night
this thread is WAY above average for Beeb misinformation. It may even be setting some records for the amount of wrong in here.
Well, he was pretty okay in Leaving Las Vegas, but that was before he took a major dump on his career.
He may be a pretty terrible actor in a majority of his movies, but he's gotten some major roles and $$ with over 100 acting credits to his name. He's in at least 6 movies about to come out in the next 2-3 years. Not bad for a "major dump" actor.
An increasing percentage of those 100 credits is made of lousy movies he has been making for years to avoid prison. If he'd been paying his taxes instead of buying multiple Rolls-Royces of the same model, he would have been able to select his movies more carefully.
Not saying he's not rich and overexposed or doesn't drive a yeller Ferrari and shit, just that he started taking tons very bad roles, executed them extremely poorly and lost a lot of credibility. Have you noticed he's not getting any major roles lately ? I actually liked him in Vampire's Kiss too.
She was awesome in Wolf of Wall Street, but literally got to do almost NOTHING in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood..........it was one of the most glaring things that I found to be wrong with the movie. Even the screen time that she DID get was limited to barely any interaction/dialogue, which is typically paramount in any Tarantino film.... Yes, she is still foine as hell, though.....
You can catch her soon as Mary Stuart or Elizabeth (I forget which one she plays) if you want more substance.
