Man, I just saw something like this yesterday. We are at an indoor waterpark, and thus mom walks by, holding a little girls hand(presumably her daughter), and there are tentacle tatoos extending out from her bikini bottom. I was wondering WTF the point of that was.

 

The same point as purple or blue hair and full sleeve tattoos. It's to warn you of the danger in which you place yourself if you chose to get romantically involved with them.

 

Maybe her man likes eating seafood?

Have a friend who has a thorny vine with roses that comes around her back inside and up between her thighs and ends in a bunch of flowers on her belly. If she goes to the beach or wears a bare midriff dress or shirt it's pretty noticeable.
I don't have any as I regularly lose skin due to the laws of physics but I do appreciate good work.
