MK Ultra is a red herring but it is hard to impossible to prove a negative...

you cant prove a negative at all BTW. one can present false evidence with the presumption it is true and it will stand as truth until/unless it is rebutted. you probably know how that works.

 

No doubt the project existed at all it is the rest of the glop I doubt. There are a ton of projects that are not what they claim. There are others that are total BS. Then there are those that are intentional misinformation. I put MK Ultra into category 2
