Is rain right? I mean how can you technically be right as rain? Doesn't that mean you are nice and wet and falling in pellets or what? I'm kind of confused.

Hon, if you were in the middle of the drought we're in (dryest year in over a century), with brush fires all over the state, you'd really, REALLY want to be right as rain.

Shoot, our Goobernor even called for a state-wide prayer for rain!
