I'm going to ship you a pair of rear rotors...but I need some edumication. What is the difference between the AMA and wave Machining.

 

The AMA wouldn't let us cut the outside of the rotor. It had to stay round.

Rotor service is $77.00 each for the rear and $87.00 each for the fronts plus return freight.

 

Wera SS legal but not AMA

 

Legal in WERA and CSS and we cut them all of the time. Send the rotor on over and we'll give it a shave and a hair cut.

 

How much lighter are the front rotors (gsxr 1k)
after a shave and haircut?

Dude your wife is so cool, she is off the chain. You are sooo lucky to have a woman that loves you like she does and is in tune with motorcycles the way she is! I'm getting my funds together to get all of my rotors done (front and rear) I have 2 sets of wheels (1 street and the other trackday) for my 08 R6.. My ? is has anyone else done this to their 06-09 R6 (non S) and have pics so I can see the results ? Just want to see the way they came out..
