I don't have time to read all of this but I need to know if the bikers are reckless suicidal lunatics who had it coming, or if the driver is a cold blooded killer who should be hanged in the town square.

Has to be one or the other since everything is binary and there's no such thing as nuance.

They weren't suicidal nor did they deserve it. Yeah, driver should be hanged for choosing to get on the road impaired.

None of that changes the outcome. Obviously if they weren't where they were they'd more than likely still be among us. You'd have to agree that there are better places for that particular activity no matter how much right they had to be there.
