Yea, even Kyle Busch said Larson is probably the best driver in the series. I was hoping Stewart would pick him up, but he just signed his Xfinity driver for cup, Chase Briscoe.

 

I thought that Stewart's comments about driver development contracts were kind of an admission he couldn't get Larson away from Chevy. It was then reported a few places that Chevy had only "suspended " their relationship with Kyle, not terminated it.

 

When is the first scheduled photo op with that black NASCAR driver just to prove "see, we are all good"? Since the whole thing is all BS anyway.

They are and I think Stewart absolutely wanted him. Thing is the guys out there that are still making big money, a significant chunk of that comes from the OEMs. Chevy didn't want to lose Larson to Ford. (in my semi-uniformed opinion)

So, just came in to say that Kyle Larson is absolutely killing it on 4 wheels. Dominated and Won Coke 600 last Sunday, then a World of Outlaws sprint car race on Monday, then the Sonoma race yesterday. Winning every stage of the last 2 cup races.
