Amateurs. Come on, dig deep. Try The Carpenters, Dr. Hook, Dean Martin, Alan Jackson, Indigo Girls and Maroon 5. That's just the last 48 hours and I can't believe I'm admitting it in public.
Lol, Brackish is even worse. Dean Martin kicks ass, nothing wrong with that..... but Maroon 5? Just damn.... Edit: Just saw Indigo Girls?! /thread.
Is it wrong that "what a girl wants" from that Christina girl came on and I turned it up a little bit ???? She was pretty hot and Actually had a good real voice
When I finally get home in a little bit I will be doing the same. I have worked a ton of hours ..sleep then vacation starts with music in the ears and on the R6 to the hills weather permitting
Yesterday it was a rotation of the Stones apogee: Let it Bleed -- Sticky Fingers -- Exile in Main Street. Lizard -- that stuff still sounds good out of small maggies.
Don't you mean Kittie? They're like Cookie Monster's little sisters trying to be deathmetaltough. They're so cute
Saosin is my guilty pleasure. On a normal rotation its either hip hop, something heavy or some hardcore.
Little River Band "Lady", "Cool Change", or "Reminiscing" fucking brings back some memories of a happy time in my kid-hood. That song "Afternoon Delight" by Starland Vocal Band... reminds me of a 4th of July with a whole brick of firecrackers. I think I was 10. Those are the ones when I'm lowest can bring me out of a deep funk. Them and "Hitch a Ride" by Boston (though I don't smoke).
Been out of the office for ten consecutive days. My liver has had it. But... a great day of surfing with the kids, a few cocktails and J.J. Grey and Mofro.
The Partridge Family. No apologies here... that stuff was all right in my wheelhouse. Don't get me wrong, I like somthing of everything, but that is my "guilt".
