I kind of like this kid.

My son is a math genius but not totally gifted with mechanics. Last month we rotated the tires on his car and he did one side totally on his own. He can also change his oil on his bike and car. My daughter doesn't drive yet but she's also taken a wheel off a while back when I was rotating the tires.

 

I've dealt with this a couple of times. It's a flat tire, people arguing back and forth of AAA or if insurance covers it and will take an hour. Or 2 to come. It's a flat tire, not the apocalypse. 8 minutes later on our way.

 

A CPT that recently left my unit had 4 flats while I was here (I heard he had 2 prior to my arrival). He never once changed out a tire. He would call the unit and we would have to send personnel out to his location to change it while he watched.

This was his government vehicle that only he used. Promote ahead of peers!
