Jeffries is a toolbox.
He really isn’t. He has lame, pandering to the left jokes. Back in his earlier special, he made jokes over things like gun ownership (which I’m on the opposite side on) in a thought provoking, funny manner. Now he’s just a shill saying the same lazy shit you see on snl etc...
That gun ownership bit was awful.
Back then he was not PC. Taking a wheelchair bound sibling to lose his virginity?
Now, he's just another leftist mouthpiece.
There was nothing PC about his standup act back then and the last one I saw was exactly the same tone. I don't remember him pulling any punches.
I’ve got the same problem with this guy I’ve got with most stand-ups anymore. It’s all turned into “let’s do Trump jokes”. It’s fucking boring. I used to go to standup acts at least monthly, now maybe 3 times a year. I like to laugh, not applaud someone’s views. These people are all trying to be Mark Russell.
Gillette suck on this
Yup. Talk about being lazy. Even the greats are doing it. Dave Chappell latest Netflix stand up starts off like that. Lazy.
The millennial killed stand up, among dozens of other things.
Just watching The Office yesterday and I am convinced that even that should could not be made these days.
From last fall, hadn't heard about this previously....holy cringe. Stupid ass liberals
Trumps an easy target and it plays to a lot of people, can't blame him for doing it. Overall I don't see any change in him, if you agree you love him, if you don't you hate him. Still just as funny if you can be objective
What's so edgy about The Office?
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was still on TV as of 2018. If that's rated R, The Office is rated PG in comparison. And it's not the only one.
Gay jokes, “homophobia” race related jokes etc
It’s not edgy. It’s just not “woke”
The SJW crowd has already named Seinfeld as those things.
All of those are in the show I mentioned, much less sugarcoated.
That's what she said.
Less Gillette, more this
Oh good grief.
Separate names with a comma.
