This is my first ever diesel. FYI. I much The prefer the gasser for ease. It does have balls though. The 17' up motors gas/diesel saw a bump in hp since they are using the same motors up to the 550 or so I had Gas motor up 40 ft lbs at 3k vs 4K and diesel at 925 at 1800 vs 880 at 1500 I think
