For those who like to drink milk, and/or use milk for protein smoothies, check out "Fairlife". It's all i drink. It has about half the sugars as regular milk, and almost twice the protein. It's ultra-filtered, had lots of vitamins/minerals, and is lactose free for anyone who is worried about that kind of shit. I think it tastes better than regular milk. But I like the protein content. 1 regular sized glass (which is about 2 cups as far as servings go) has 26g of protein.
How can you look at those bottles with that stupid ass upside down i? And those prominent odd numbers?

I use milk for cooking. Can't remember the last time I drank it. I do eat cheese but that's about it.
My girl just bought some. I haven't tasted it yet. I will try it when I get home. Now on a different side note regarding protein, HOLY SHIT am I addicted to Kodiak cakes.... Drooooolll I love them so much, add some protein FTW
