    That's what I said. Using the inside jaws to measure the outside equals he isn't measuring anything. :D

    Ok man, sure....:rolleyes:

    There is a part between the jaws, and the dial is reading something other than zero.....He is measuring something, incorrectly....but however you wanna say it is ok with me.:up:

    He's still an idioto, fo' sure! :D Unless that's some "great acting".:crackup:

    Looking further on the bright side.....he got PAID to do that. :eek:

    Probably still brags about it too!

    Maybe he'll show up here and argue about it....that would be cool.:D

    Remember to wipe the jaws off before measuring. I worked in a shop several years ago and a guy had to scrap about 50 parts because he didn't wipe the jaws on his calipers off. A little bit of dirt was on them and every part was off. I always wipe the jaws, and then run it to zero before checking any parts.

    It could be the highlite of his "hand modeling" career....look at those paws! all soft, and clean, not a scratch!
