    Back when the Bostroms were at their peak, I knew a group of people who financed their “careers” in another competitive extreme sport through selling Ecstasy. Not implying that the Bostroms did that, but it was very prevalent at the time, and the lifestyles were similar.

    Spent time with Ben back when he was involved with Sho-Air. Also, rode with him in a Specialized Costa Mesa tribute bike ride for Nicky Hayden. He and his brother are among the nicest people you will meet.

    There was a guy sponsoring guys in MW/GP's CCS back in 2002/2003? was financing it by robbing armored cars, think he got fatally shot on his last heist. think it happened in wisconson or something.
