    Yes it is, I own a 2 acre chunk of it and the farmer enjoys the entertainment. Once the kids start riding more i will claim the 2 acres permanently.

    So i have room and been thinking about a small track in the yard. My son rides a kawi 140klx but what is a good small bike that can help you on a road course for myself. Thanks

    I'm down. I wonder what the best thing to line it with would be.....it wouldn't have to be perfectly water tight....just hold it long enough to freeze.

    Ok i have a crf70but seems a litle to small.

    Another question what do you guys practice on dirt that helps w road?

    Anyone here have experience with fabric buildings? Considering one on some property for year-round flat track.

    Im starting to look for some land, about 5 acres. Id ideally like to build a supercross style track (though probably a simplified version compared to AMA). If thats not feasible, I would be happy with some form of flat track.
    What sort of questions should I be asking / looking for in the property hunt? How would I look up noise regulations and stuff to see if that is going to be an issue.
