    Hell I think you can get a DUI on a mower on your own property here. Then again we have a serious problem with it in WI. 5, 7, 11th offenses are a norm on a weekend. Hell we've had teachers at double the limit at noon CHAPARONING CHILDREN at an outing.

    I thought DWI and DUI were two different things. DWI is more serious, "driving while intoxicated". While DUI, driving under the influence, can be used for many things like using prescription drugs.
