Its only a few holes to drill and wire. Get tires from stickboy. Swap engine covers at the track when ben gets them to you.Use my bellypan. RUN IT !!!!!

 

Red bike is 1st gen R1 upper and lower with TZ tail

Yellow bike is ZX6R upper, lower, R6 Fender/front end, YZF tank, RGV500 replica tail
I have a brand new Attack Racing ZX6R lower for sale cheap if you wanted to go this
route....

 

I didn't, I bought it that way, but it seemed to fit very well.

Thanks, I built the yellow bike and designed all the bodywork, paint scheme etc. Raced it back in 2008. Charles at HFD1 is the owner of this now and I believe he built a much healthier motor than when I had it....

As for the Red FZR400 I purchased it in parts and assembled it along with some heavy cleaning and polishing. It had a 565cc engine, should of kept it...!

 

How much of a pain was it to mount the 6R bodywork? It really does look fantastic.

 

Pretty simple. I think i bought an F3 fairing stay from GP Tech, made brackets out of aluminum at the bottom and bought TZ fairing mounts from supplier ( cant recall who) for the mid area mount.

I also used same year zx6r curved radiator

What year zx6r radiator? Mine are all getting smashed or clogged up,and so im trying to find a good replacement.

I got a first gen r6 Sharkskinz race tail already painted if you need it lol

 

Any pics of it with the fairing off just showing the mounts? I had Ducati 848 bodywork on my KTM 690 so appreciate alternative approaches
