Any clue how to regear a brain? It kept bouncing off the rev limiter. The brain.....not the bike.

    Neither was I.
    Homestead times:
    250: 1:49
    FZR: 1:49
EX500 1:45 with a faulty set of carbs.
That's the only place I've had all 3 bikes. Granted these weren't on the same day, so multiple factors but dang. I think I just dig the twins.

:D Im almost a 10 seconds difference between my 400 now and the last time at NJ on the 600,which was 2 years ago now though. Ive spent most of my riding time on twins and a single.....well over 100K street miles. So I thought I would take to racing twins easy, but nope.I much prefer tha FZR's,either the 400 or 600. I tried an ex500 for a little over 1 season, then an ex250. I just dont seem to be able to gel with a twin anymore:confused: Ive run all 4 bikes at NJ and the 400 works the best for me there.

Great sport. I raced with VCHSS for a few years a long time ago. More seat time per dollar than any other Motorsport except maybe trials which I also did.
Now if they could put air fence on the trees I might give it another shot.
Steve Keener switched to HS a while ago and loves it. Ever ride with him?
    Serious tree/log/rock dodger

Keener doesn't ride he just sits on the bike between tree impacts
