I was actually wondering how they were doing that. I guess they made it a bracket instead of how the NFL playoffs work, where the highest seed plays the lowest seed regardless.

 

In this case, both the 5 and the 6 seeds won last week.

 

Yeah, they do it like the NBA, which doesn't re-seed after the first round, unlike the NFL.

I know, but that's because there was an upset. So D doesn't enjoy the "benefit" of playing the lowest remaining seed. Which is not really a gift, given how the season has been so far. I am no more dangerous to him than you would have been.

 

It's that intimidation factor.

I had to do that a couple of years ago in the MotoGP league. Only $50 in my case tho.

 

Question: Can you sign up and get your grid position for WERA races without paying your entry fees? Then why the hell are we allowing people to draft in FF if they have not paid their leagues fees. Not too mention we are in the playoffs and they still have not paid.

These guys have the $100 for the fee. Times are not that hard. If they are, then they just can't be a part of the league. This stuff is silly and Scotty, you should not have to deal with tracking theses guys down.

Kind of. More like a difference in opinions on how payment should be made...

 

I experienced a brief moment of being a softy prior to this years draft. We have had a payment issue of some sort nearly every damn year. This is the last year of that shit. Next year we are using league saw and the shit is due 10 days before the draft. You haven't paid by then, you're out and we bring in one of the guys on the waiting list.

 

I was a late payer, and I am thankful for the understanding.

I remember having to wait well into January to collect once because Doug hadn't paid yet. It's not the first time, which is what makes this so irritating.
